  • University of New Mexico Program (Salary and benefits are provided during away rotation. Away rotations do not use vacation time.  If UNM does not offer the sub-speciality training/rotation, they will assist with housing and travel expenses.)

  • Cleveland Clinic Residency Program (salary and benefits provided by Cleveland Clinic and do not have to use vacation time but malpractice insurance is not provided by CC. Requests for away rotations must be submitted and approved by the Institute education committee.)

Pennsylvania[]

  • Allegheny General Hospital (4 weeks, paid, does not use vacation time. The approval depends on the ability to demonstrate that comparable experience cannot be gained within the program AND is important for the applicant's future practice. Prospective application for a fellowship/faculty position in the outside institution is NOT considered as a valid ground for approval.)
