At the most recent RF in San Antonio it was mentioned that the residents shouldn't be restricted from taking outside rotations. It was also mentioned that there are some official documents from CMS and ACGME related to this. Can we have them posted on Wiki? I need them to substantiate my fight with the hospital administration on this issue.
